Why do women keep lowering the standards of what being a 'hoe' is?

Women in the 1950's would see a girl that had a skirt above her knee as what people would say today as a 'hoe', But then time passes and women would say that sleeping with, lets say, 3 to 5 guys, is not that bad. Now its not that bad to walk around topless (at least in some countries (beaches), and some areas in the U.S. (beaches)) Wear low rider jeans (the jeans where a women squats down and you can see her butt crack) and let some guys grind on her in a club. And not only that, unfortunately, i would say 75% of women around ages 16 to 30 are like that. Not all that i stated above, but that their perception of what is a 'hoe' changes pretty easily. Why is that?

P.S. I know that they (women) would say, well guys sleep around too!!! But guys also go to war, guys rape, guys lead more often than women, guys kill, guys do the more dangerous jobs, guys sacrifice their life more for the good of others, more so, than women (look at history, how men have died to protect freedoms, etc.) but you don't hear women wanting to copy those qualities (or bad qualities) of men, only the 'having irresponsible sex' part. Why do women keep lowering the standards of what being a 'hoe' is?
More and more women do try to do the things that men do and it's not only sexually so I don't know where you have been looking for information. More and more women become soldiers, commit violent crimes and murder and so on, it's a reality we can't deny. That sexuality is a bit more noticeable probably depends on it being one of the first things that a woman can control. The change is all around us right now so you can't look to history for answers, this is new. You do have female fire-fighters and other ';male heroic'; occupations, they are out there.

It's of course societies view on women that's behind it all. Women are rebelling and some women do it by trying to be more and more like men. There are many women out there that sees equality between the genders as women being able to do what men do. We as women has not had that freedom in the past, this is new for the last decades and it is still happening and changing as time goes by. There is no telling where it is going but it's not over by far.

You also have liberation from religion or at least more liberal religious practises. It used to be a sin to be yourself in many cases and that has started to change.

Women in the 50's pretty much belonged to their men and was supposed to submit to the men's ideas, that has changed. Not over night, but gradually a bit more each year, each generation and men has been very possessive of ';their'; women labelling the ';loose'; ones as ho's. Once the women started to break free the labels started to change.

So, the way that women are measured towards each other and men has changed and that's why yesterdays ho ain't a ho today.

I'd like to add that I don't agree with those who see equality as women being able to do what men do. Equality to me is to have the right to be a woman with all that it means without being seen as lesser or having fewer chances in society because of it. To me it's about humans rights to be treated equally and fairly no matter what gender, ethnicity, age or what not you are.
