I'm. 13 and I grind all the time at parties.. U just kind of crouch a tiny bit and move side to side and rub ur crotch on a girls but, that's it and normally to get a girl to do it with u, u just go into a crowd of people grinding and do it to somebody u like
try asking her to dance when a ';dirty'; song comes on... you should just move ur mid point in to her butt like not all dramatic, but with her... i hope this helps

i dont know how it starts, it kinda just happens, the girl starts grinding up on your crotch and you kinda just move the same way she does(its the closest thing to dry humping that you could get away with doing in front of your english teacher, lol)

just do what comes naturally, cuz its not like formal dancing where there are moves or whatever, grinding is kinda just doing what YOU want to do
