Well, to get a guy to grind with you, you have to be confident. Go up to him, look him straight in the eyes, pull him gently toward you, and start grinding. How to grind isn't too complicated. All you have to do is swing your hips to the music, from right to left. You will be very, VERY close to the guy...so close, you might even be rubbing up against him. (If you dare!)
