i think i know how, but are you supposed to move your hips from side to side or in circular motions? im a begginer so what is easier please hahah thanks!How do you grind with a guy?
its alright i didnt kno how till homecomin this year ya jus gotta get into the music n move your hips from side to side but sexy not jus left right left right jus have fun with it!

you can do both! make it your own, and shake those hips!! make sure to keep the beat, tho, and dont take over, just let him know you know what your doing! :) :) good luck! (btw, SUPER FUN! grinding is addicting)
