It's normal, a lot of people have these insecurities that hold them back. If it's your religion or tradition thats holding you back, talk to your boyfriend about taking it slow and tell him why. He's doing that because he's horny. I'm not sure what the rest of your question is, because first you ask how to get him to stop, then you ask how to make it more pleasurable.
